Data Deletion

At Luma Play, we provide a simple way to request the deletion of your online data associated with our games.

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email to: team@luma-play.com.

Information Required

To identify your data, please provide your Unity ID. You can find this in the game:

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap the ID to copy it.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Leaderboard Records: Your username and scores will be permanently removed from our global leaderboards.
  • Analytical Data: Any gameplay event data linked to your ID will be deleted from our analytics.

Note on Local Data: Game progress, statistics, and unlocked achievements are stored locally on your device. This data is not held on our servers and will be removed automatically if you uninstall the app.
